Online Money Makes Change events – June/July 2020

It may be a while before we can meet face to face again in our churches and communities – but online events and conversations are flourishing! As we think about what a ‘new normal’ needs to look like, there are lots of actions we can take with our finances to start shaping a fairer, more sustainable world.

Here’s how you can be involved virtually with the Money Makes Change programme over the next couple of months.

Thursday 18 June: Money Makes Change taster session
Join us for an interactive and informative session where you’ll find out more about the programme and have a taster experience of the Money Makes Change interactive workshop, suitable for small groups, meetings and churches. We’ll be meeting for an hour, via Zoom, and there is a choice of two sessions: 11am or 8pm.

All you need is an internet connection, a device that can be online (phone, tablet or computer) and an interest to find out more! Sign up at Eventbrite below:

The event is free and we look forward to seeing you there!

Online workshop series – Wednesdays 1, 8 and 15 July

We’re excited to announce that during the first 3 weeks in July, we’re going to be running our Money Makes Change Workshop, for anyone who’d like to explore how to better connect their faith with their finances for a fairer world! We’ll be using the material from our interactive workshop resource and meeting on-line via Zoom. We’re running a morning and an evening group and places are limited, so sign up early to avoid disappointment!

  • For the morning group (11am – 12:30pm), sign up here for the 3 sessions
  • For the evening group (8pm – 9:30pm), sign up here for the 3 sessions

All are welcome – please do spread the word.

If you have any questions about these events please contact info@eccr.org.uk

All the sessions are free but if you are able to make a donation towards our ongoing work, that would be greatly appreciated.
