The information we collect may include among other details your name, address, email address, telephone number, issues of particular interest to you, and your involvement in our activities. If you make a donation, we will collect the details necessary to process this payment. If an Individual Member has completed a Gift Aid Form their name and address and the total amount they have donated that financial year will be passed on to HMRC to enable ECCR to claim Gift Aid for their donation.

We use the information received to keep you informed about faith & ethical issues in relation to the use of money and investments and our activities around them, to respond to queries, and to solicit support. We may also use aggregate information for reporting purposes but this will not include your personal data.
3. How is the data protected?
We take good care to ensure that the information we store on our database is kept safe in order to prevent unauthorised access and comply with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not pass on or sell the information to others, except if we are required to do so by law.
